Congratulations to Dominic Martinez on being a finalist for NASA HUNCH

Platt Tech Information Technology and NASA HUNCH

In 2018 Platt Tech Information Technology started to compete in the NASA HUNCH program and we have sent finalist 5 times. This year we are proud to send Dominic Martinez, class of 2024, to Houston to demonstrate his ”Environmental Control and Sensor Alarm System” to NASA engineers and astronauts.

The HUNCH mission is to empower and inspire students through a Project Based Learning program where high school students learn 21st century skills and have the opportunity to launch their careers through the participation in the design and fabrication of real world valued products for NASA.
